How should I explain Miss Right to Life of Georgia, as well as Georgia Right to Life to my little one?
When asked by my little sister about this pageant, I knew that she was not ready to understand the truths behind this issue. I told her that "Miss Right to Life is helping raise money for Georgia Right to Life. Georgia Right to Life is a special group of people who help mommies make good decisions about their babies. They also help mommies buy diapers, formula, doctor visits, and other things babies need!"
To all my parents out there, please do not worry that your daughter needs to know "everything" in order to participate. Our board, myself included, admire the innocence of a child. Every aspect of this pageant, including the day of the pageant, will be a family day in every way. I can't wait to share it with you!
Who qualifies to compete in Miss Right to Life of Georgia?
You must be 22 years old or younger on the date of the pageant to be eligible to compete. Contestant must also have never been married or had a child. Contestant must reside, work, or attend school in the state of Georgia. Miss Right to Life of Georgia is NOT just for young women who have competed previously. We have designed our pageant to be "beginner friendly" and a free pageant workshop will be provided to contestants for anyone who has questions, concerns, or simply wants to practice interviewing techniques and their "walk".
***Please note: we will only be able to accept the first 25 entries to each age division.
